Sometimes when we 'see' ads, we are not 'reading' them at all.

The new 2013 “Fight Against Literacy in France” Campaign is embedded in the the style of familiar advertisements.

The images are the same but the words are a message of illiteracy awareness. Successful campaigns need and audience to take the time to look at an image and read the words.

So look again. This ad is not trying to sell you mascara.

Sometimes when we “see” ads, we are not “reading” them at all.
